Seeroo IT solutions offer different business models to meet global clients’ diverse needs. We offer three types of pricing / contract models, which are explained below.

Fixed Cost Model (FCM)

This is a close-ended model meant for short-term projects and needless to say, there is no room for alterations in specifications. After the thorough perusal of the specifications and reaching an agreement on the deliverables with the customer, Seeroo IT Solutions will evaluate the work required for the project and will provide a fixed price bid. Seeroo IT Solutions will constitute a team of experts in the domain to ensure the delivery of the product at the agreed. The initial payment has to be made at the commencement of the project.

Time and Material Model (TMM)

This model is ideal for projects having sufficient time at their disposal and when project requirement specifications are not fully known or keep changing. This method offers considerable cost saving to the customer. This is also suitable for projects which require development of a prototype for a concept proof or when the developed software needs constant updates, maintenance and/or enhancement. Seeroo IT Solutions and customer will agree to a man-hour / man-month rate agreement at the beginning of the project. We will allocate the required resources to the project during various project phases. The dedicated project manager of Seeroo IT Solutions or a project executive from the customer side will manage the project. The resources are augmented or trimmed down according to the project requirement and the customer is charged as per the usage of resources.

Dedicated Development Facility Model (DDFM)

This model offers complete freedom to the customer in the development, maintenance and upgradation of software to suit the specific needs of the establishment. Seeroo IT Solutions will setup a Dedicated Development Facility (DDF) solely to cater to the needs of the customer. This dedicated facility will build up a complete system or a product, release new versions to address future needs and provide total maintenance. The customer can also transfer all his IT development / maintenance requirements to Seeroo IT Solutions with a view to reducing costs considerably.

In this model the customer identifies his requirements of space, technical infrastructure and technical resources to be provided by Seeroo IT Solutions. The customer will have total control over the selection of technical resources and facilities. A manager, exclusively appointed for the purpose, looks after the project management operations of the DDF. As for the cost factor, customer will be responsible for the recurring cost of this facility in addition to overheads including equipment depreciation and a reasonable profit to Seeroo IT Solutions.

An agreement for a definite period between customer and Seeroo IT Solutions will form the basis of this operation.
